Plus, Hospital Indemnity benefits are paid regardless of any other coverage you may have.

• Pays $500 fixed amount per hospitalization. Maximum of 6 hospitalizations per calendar year
• Pays up to $25,000 limit for emergency treatment outside the United States, Canada and Mexico. (Subject to deductibles and policy limitations)
• Premium does not increase with your age (premium rates or benefits may change by class)
• Daily Hospital Rider available**. Fixed-dollar per day while hospitalized ($30 minimum up to $250 in $10 increments, 365 days lifetime maximum benefit)
